About

I grew up playing soccer and took my soccer career as far as I could.  I played soccer at DePauw University in Indiana and had two short trials with lower division professional soccer teams.  Once my lifelong goal of becoming a professional soccer player did not work out I looked for something new.  I found running was natural since I had to run for soccer so I decided to train for the 2010 Chicago Marathon.  From then on I was hooked.  I did the Chicago Sprint Triathlon the summer of 2010 and knew I wanted to compete in triathlons in 2011.IMG_0957

Hopefully this blog gives insight to my training, nutrition, random thoughts, and other aspects of being an age group triathlete.

    Hello Jeremy,
Just a quick email to ask if you would be interested in a ‘mutual’ following on twitter. (#FYI I do RT’s ‘ANYTIME’ for all #Triathletes #Cyclists #UltraRunners #Marathoners #FitnessProfessionals who follow me on Twitter and have something important they want mentioned for support…Over 41K folks at your access…) I am currently following you now and am awaiting for your follow-back…

All the very best for the rest of 2013 & beyond Jeremy. Look forward to hearing from you…

(PS. Jeremy, should you follow back, I’ll be mentioning you, ‘including your website,’ in my #FollowFriday #Shoutouts this week Friday…)
